Important to know

We have one free parking space per apartment. If you are arriving with several vehicles, please contact us in advance. Charging of e-cars is also (chargeable) possible on request. 

You are welcome to store your sports equipment in our lockable ski and bicycle room. Ski boot dryer and socket for e-bikes available. 

Our green garden with a comfortable seating area, as well as loungers and parasols, is available to our guests. For the little ones we have a play tower with a sandbox and toys. 

We would be happy to welcome your beloved four-legged friend with us by prior arrangement. We charge EUR 10.00 per pet and day (without food). 

We would be happy to lend you a travel cot (with or without bed linen), table seat and/or fall protection for your stay free of charge. You are welcome to use the play tower with toys in the garden. 

For a good start to the day, we are happy to offer you our bread service. Our baker delivers daily (except Sundays and public holidays). 

The remaining amount can either be transferred before the start of your holiday or paid in cash on site. Unfortunately, card payment is not possible!

Since something can always happen, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for your own protection. (This can also be taken out directly with us.) 

Cancellation up to 3 months before arrival is FREE of charge without giving a reason. 

From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price. 

From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation is 70% of the price. 

In the last week we charge 90% of the travel price. 

In case of early departure 100%.
